Connifers Care is a company developed in 2003 by 4 Psychiatric Nurses with many years of experience in the field of psychiatric nursing. All of us have worked with people with mental illness in various stages of their recovery process, including Acute Care, Rehabilitation, Care in the Community and Forensic Nursing.
Our aim is to deliver high quality of care and support to people recovering from a severe mental illness and people with learning disability. We have set out to provide the highest quality, innovative, person-centred residential support and rehabilitation service. We work hard to achieve this aim within the remit of clear value for money to purchasers of our service and through partnership working, flexibility and options based service designs. Above all we involve our service users and their carers in the decision making process and thus provide choice.
We have an extremely dedicated management team who ensure our service run smoothly at all times and are readily available to support all our staff team in the day to day running of the homes. All our homes have an overriding ambition to excel and we use CSCI inspections as a minimum requirements. Currently all our homes scores GOOD in their ratings. We are working hard to achieve EXCELLENT in all our homes. This has become top priority for our Quality Assurance and Training & Development Department. We believe that by focusing on quality of our services and on training and development of our staff together with a safe and clean environment, we will achieve our goal.
