Cedar House provides care and support for 6 adults with severe and enduring mental health problems.
It is managed by an experienced qualified psychiatric nurse with a team of highly trained support staff. Each individual needs are assessed by the care team and a person-centered care package is devised to meet the needs of each individual. Within the home environment ongoing encouragement, support and supervision is provided. Each resident is allocated a key worker who will have responsibility for ensuring that their needs are met. Residents are encouraged to attend college, work training and other community based activities with the strong emphasis on helping them to live as independently as possible.
