Maple House is a high dependency unit which provides extensive care and support to only 3 individuals with severe leaning disabilities. This home operates with a team led by an experienced qualified nurse and staff who are trained in this field to provide ongoing assessment, supportive counselling and risk assessment/management for each individual. Each resident is assigned to a key worker who works closely with the team to devise individualized care plans.
