How referrals work

We accept referral via a call or completing our online referral form is the first step of the referral process.

Our Referral Team is specially trained and has in in depth understanding and has a thorough knowledge of our services.

You will be able to discuss your client or family member in confidence with our referral team who will become your key contact during the referral process. We offer a free pre-admission assessment which will establish their support needs, likes and dislike, risks assessment and management strategies and identify which of our services we feel would be the most suitable.

We welcome professionals, service users, families and advocacy worker to visit our services prior to pre-assessment.
